This video series from Spain is all about dark nights and silver spray-paint, produced by Graffiti Writers from Madrid and Barcelona in some wild nights trying to catch the moment and atmosphere, the speed, orange lights from highways, tunnels or the streets.
“The idea came back in 2015 by WRITERS MADRID. SILVER NIGHTS in the two most important graffiti communities in Spain, BARCELONA and MADRID, intended to promote the MOLOTOW BURNER Chrome 600, the unrivaled king of silver and the most important tool for writers to paint quickly on any surface. With this action series, we wanted to show the elegance of the night, the perfect hours for a writer. The hour in which the writers go out to enjoy the city, conquer the streets, barriers, heights, trains, etc. The idea was to make videos in which the light of the street lamps on the photo prevails, together with the brightness of the Chrome paint and the background lighting of the street lamps, which suggest the silhouette of the writer and give the whole city a silver shine.”
